Designing the future of design
What began as an experiment to bring an AI-first mentality into my design team has evolved into a broader exploration of AI-assisted product design orchestration — a set of frameworks that enhance how designers think, collaborate, and build.
The initiative focuses on augmenting design intelligence, not replacing it — using AI to streamline complex design processes and connect strategy, research, and execution into a unified creative pipeline. These explorations have informed how I now approach nearly every project, bridging structured reasoning with intuitive design outcomes.
While leading design at Monite, this methodology produced a working prototype that could take a product PRD and generate a live, interactive design component inside our demo app within an hour. The experiment went on to win the company’s Hackathon “Most Innovative” award, validating the potential of this orchestration model for real-world product design teams.
